You don’t have to know social media marketing to appreciate the leads your business can attract. (You don’t know how ibuprofen works, but you’re sure glad your headache is gone, for instance). However, you may have questions that are easily answered.
These are the most common questions I get about my social media management services.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do your services help my business?
Social media can help your business in many ways.
- Brand awareness. People discover your business more easily.
- Budget. Social media is free (other than my services). If you pay for print, TV or radio ads, you’ll save thousands.
- Increasing revenue. Two things result in an increase in your business’s revenue. First, as people find our business and build a relationship on Facebook and Instagram, they’re more likely to become customers. Second, the data that Facebook and Instagram provides can give you valuable insight into what your customers are looking for.
How much time/effort do you need from me?
As little or as much as you want to share. After I’m able to log into your accounts, I need basic information and a handful of photos to get started. If I need to know more about your business, I’ll quickly email you or text you.
What if I have photos or ideas for Facebook and Instagram?
Terrific! Send them to me by text or email with a little bit of information about what you want to say, and I will post it for you.
I’ve heard you can buy followers. Should I do that?
No. Unequivocally, no. First, those followers are definitely not going to become customers. They’re usually fake accounts. Second, when there’s a sudden meteoric rise in followers, Facebook and Instagram get suspicious. They could ban your accounts.
What if I want to get more followers faster on Facebook and Instagram?
We can use paid ads. Paying for ads on Facebook and Instagram are much more affordable than you might think. It’s the best way to get more leads and book more business, faster.
How do you know your strategies work?
I provide my clients with weekly reports on the progress of their accounts. Every week, based on the data, I can see that my strategies are paying off. Check out these results for three local service providers who are my clients. The numbers speak for themselves.
My business is located in a different city than yours. Does that matter?
Not at all. That’s the beauty of the internet. I can research your location for any details I need. You can also tell me about what’s important to the people in your community that you think will resonate with them.
What if I don’t want my business’s information made public? For instance, I work from home and I don’t want my address advertised.
We can work around that. As an example, my landscaping client works at people’s homes and his business address is his home. We’ve been able to keep that information private, for the most part.
Okay, I’m ready! Now what?
Great! Fill out this form and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
