Hello! I’m Nancy Basile and I’m so glad you found your way here.
I’m here to help small business owners DIY their internet marketing by taking the overwhelm out of the process without breaking the bank.
You want to market your business, grow your email list and increase your followers. By doing that, you will not only attract more leads, but also attract the right leads. And by focusing on your ideal customer, you can connect with the person who needs you the most.
But how do you do it? If that seems like too much to do on top of your day to day schedule, I’m ready to step in.
My free training will help you figure out, step by step, how to blog, post on social media and build an email list. Visit the Start Here page to learn more about the four components of my free training: blog posts, Facebook Live, email newsletters and a Facebook Group. I teach you how to do your own online marketing, step by step, lesson by lesson.
I grew up in West Virginia, just outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. (Go Steelers!) Then I was off to Otterbein University, on the outskirts of Columbus, Ohio. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, I moved around quite a bit, spending time in Los Angeles, Cleveland and then New Jersey.
My husband and I moved from New Jersey to Lancater, Pennsylvania in 2000. We thought we would be moving after a few years. Almost 20 years later, we’re still here with our two children and loving every minute of it.
I’ve always worked with computers and the internet in one way or another, whether I was training employees how to use software or build a website, or creating and managing content for websites and blogs.
Now, I’m offering my skills to small business owners. I’ve seen so many fantastic business owners struggle with juggling their online marketing along with all of their other jobs. I can take away the stress and overwhelm of internet marketing, either by managing your services myself, or training someone on what to do.
When it comes to social media, trends come and go, which makes it hard for you to stay on top of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other social media channels. Your strategies continually need to adapt to the latest changes, which can be overwhelming when you’re trying to focus on what you know best: your business.
I make sure to stay on top of the latest trends. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are very different social media channels. I will work with you to put together a strategy that works best for your brand.
I’m also familiar with Hootsuite, Buffer and Crowdfire, which are the leading social media dashboards that help manage several accounts at one time. I can help you set up a social media dashboard to automatically post for you, or completely take the burden of social media off your shoulders.
Having a blog is an excellent way to serve your audience and to increase traffic to your website or blog. However, as a small business owner, you may be overwhelmed by the idea of starting a blog, let alone writing a new blog post every week.
As a writer , I’m happy to create content for you, so you can focus on your growing business. I will tailor my “voice” to whatever your brand needs, whether it’s a formal AP style or a more casual, blogger tone. I can also create lists (a.k.a. listicles) that bring visitors and influencers to your website or blog.
I’ve been a professional freelance writer since 1999. See my portfolio for examples of my work on the internet.
Nothing else in internet marketing is as lucrative for you as having an email list. These are your fans. These are the people who want to know about you and your business. Increasing your subscribers and keeping your current subscribers happy is a must. Sound like too much?
Let me help you. I can step in during any part of the process. Whether you already have an email service and a healthy list, or you haven’t started one at all, I can help you figure out how to keep your audience engaged, so they’ll be ready when you have an offer to sell.
